Charlene & Lucien Etori – The creative force behind Oui/Are Creatives.

Charlene is a dancer and choreographer who built her career in the South of France before moving to New York to pursue her passion for dance on a larger stage. She founded La Vibe, a bilingual dance studio where she teaches classes for all.
Lucien is a branding expert and strategist with a career shaping global brands at agencies like Salt, Havas, and R/GA. In 2024, he joined McCann as Chief Strategy Officer, where he continues to push the boundaries of innovation, storytelling, and brand impact.

Together, they have traveled the world, absorbing the rhythm of different cultures, art, and creative movements.
Their vision? To build a new kind of creative agency—one where branding isn’t just seen, but allow people to feel something.
